Produce Safety Training February 7th

This course is for fruit and vegetable growers and others interested in learning about produce safety, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and co-management of natural resources and food safety.  St. Croix UW-Extension will be hosting on February 7th, at the Ag Service & Education Center in Baldwin.

Pre-registration is required. Register at fsmaproducesafety.wiscweb.wisc.edu. If you are unable to register online, please contact your local UW-Extension office for paper registration.
The cost to attend the PSA Wisconsin Grower Training Course is $65. This cost includes the PSA Grower Training Manual, a Certificate of Course Attendance from AFDO, and lunch.
