Again this year, you will review your DNA submission information with myself in order to complete registration. I will document your registration information on a form and parent and/or exhibitors will sign-off validating that the information provided is accurate; you will receive a carbon copy of what is documented. If there is any discrepancy at the fair, we will review the registration document that the parent and/or exhibitor signed-off on. Please plan on having to meet with me for a minimum of five minutes to complete when you drop-off your DNA envelopes. 

In addition, your samples must be contained in the envelopes provided with all the required information completed (e.g. exhibitor name, club information, tag number,gender, etc.). I will not accept any samples provided in plastic bags, envelopes that are not sealed, or envelopes that are not completed. I ask this so that we have the best sample possible for your animal.
