To access FairEntry use the link on the Fair’s website or http://stcroixcofair.fairentry.com . Use your 4-H online username and password to access your account. If you are having trouble, create a new fair entry account using the same username and password to get into the program. Your information should have integrated from 4-H online, if not simply add the required information–name, address, phone number, email address and parents name.

Entries are accepted April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024–NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

•Pick the Department, then class and lots that you would like to enter.
•We do not need a payment from you so skip that page and the next page will ask you to check your entries.
•The last step is to submit, only after you are sure you have all your exhibits listed and everyone in your household that will be entering the fair has also picked their exhibits.
•There are no changes to your exhibit list after May 31st, unless it is an animal health issue which you will need to clear with your animal species department head.
•You will receive an email thanking you for registering for the fair. After your entries are approved by staff, you will receive a second email listing your exhibits. Forward that last email to your club leader so they can see that you have entered.
•Print that email so you have a paper copy of what you entered.

Animal changes will be allowed after that date due to illness, by contacting your leader and the animal department leader. The Department leader will then contact Cindy to make the changes.
