The 2026 Creative Arts and Communications Festival will take place Saturday, Jan. 31, at Spring Valley High School. The event is open to all Pierce & St. Croix County 4-H members and Cloverbuds. Youth do not need to be enrolled in a specific project area to participate. Exhibits may be entered in arts and crafts, mechanical science, woodworking, home furnishings, communications, and non-performance music and dance, including writing, speaking, visual arts, and design. Judging begins at 9 a.m., with exhibits on display until after the awards ceremony at approximately 12:30 p.m. All exhibits must be pre-registered by Tuesday, January 27.
